Fresh Veggie Pizza
1 tube (8 oz.) crescent rolls
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp. dill mix (or ranch salad dressing mix, the dry stuff)
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 garlic clove , crushed
1/2 cup of each of the following or whatever you want on it: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms, green onion, radish, zucchini, diced small
1 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Unroll crescent rolls and shape into pizza or rectangle. Bake at 350° F. for 12-15 minutes on baking stone or at 375° F. for 11-13 minutes in a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2 in baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cool completely. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, seasoning mix, garlic and mayonnaise until smooth. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with veggies and top with cheddar cheese.
